Personal training at Embody is an integral element of the service at Embody, and one that sets us apart from other gyms. All of our trainers are Master Pilates instructors with a minimum of five years experience in the fitness industry. Each instructor has the skills, knowledge, and experience to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Our training methodology is a fusion of traditional resistance training, cardio, and Pilates principles, designed to ensure that our Personal Training clients leave every session feeling accomplished. Clients receive a personalised workout tailored to their physical and mental needs. Personal Training sessions ensure that your training remains diverse and focused on holistic health results.

Each Personal Training session is specifically timed at 40 minutes, the scientifically proven optimum time for maximum results. Our open floor Personal Training spaces are equipped with everything to bring out the best in you, whether you’re new to fitness or a well-practiced veteran. Every client commences their journey at Embody with a Wellness Consultation where a personalised program is devised to meet their unique needs and goals.
